Payment Methods

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - italianculinary.it accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in Euro, US Dollare and Yen. Orders are processed upon clearance of funds which may take up to 40 banking days. italianculinary.it cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a 50 Euro fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.

Shipping Policy
italianculinary.it does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

Hardware, Software, Electronics, Golf and Clearance products usually ship via UPS - tracking information provided when available
**Certain electronics products require Special Ground Delivery and will be charged for shipping. Second Day Air - Estimated delivery by 3:00PM two days following shipment. Calculating Ship Times The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the "Product Availability" time listed for the product ordered plus the Shipping Time for the delivery method you select. Total Ship Time = Product Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship Time. For example, if the Product Availability Time is 3-5 days and the Delivery Method Ship Time is 1-2 Business Days, you will receive your order in 4-7 business days.

Return Policy

Refunds and Returns
Refunds may take 60-90 days depending upon mode of payment, location and situation. All refunds are in accordance with return and/or cancellation policies stated on our websites.
Products may be returned to italianculinary.it for replacement or refund in the following manner within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, SDA or any other courier that issues a tracking number.

Food Items Return Policy
Due to the nature of food items, returns will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by italianculinary.it at the address below within 10 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 10 days. If the product is not returned to us with all of the original packaging, it will be sent back to you. All products will be tested upon receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that the product is not defective it will be sent back to you.

Manufacturer's Warranty
All returns and replacements occurring after 30 days from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against italianculinary.it shall be governed by the laws of Italy and the EU without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the italianculinary.it sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Calabria, Italy.
