often say that Italian Cuisine doesn't exist. It's this fact
that makes Italian regional and provincial gastronomy so famous
throughout the world. Our objective at the Italian Institute
for Advanced Culinary and Pastry Arts is to enable culinarians
to advance your techniques in every cuisine, thus we
concentrate on many types of regional cooking, baking and patissier.
