As Different as day and night...
We
often say that Italian Cuisine doesn't exist. It's this fact
that makes Italian regional and provincial gastronomy so famous
throughout the world. Our objective at the Italian Institute
for Advanced Culinary and Pastry Arts is to enable culinarians
to advance your techniques in every cuisine, thus  we
concentrate on many types of regional cooking, baking and patissier.
It's
for this reason that we are located in two vastly different
regions of Italy which span the far ends of the peninsula. Parma,
located in the north and Calabria in the far south, bordering
Sicily. Both offer a unique insight into Italian regional Cuisine,
and, most importantly, the different cultures that continually
affect the evolution of their respective cuisines.
